- How do I play in a showdown?
You start a showdown by challenging someone else to play. On your friends' My Fantasy Band® profile page, click on the 'Showdown' button beneath their profile pic. Then you can give the showdown a name and add a show description and a fantasy venue if you want.
Then you pick possible times for the showdown and click on 'Invite the challenger!' You can add your own message to be sent with the showdown challenge e-mail if you want. Once you send the challenge, the show will be in the Show Scheduling widget on your dashboard.
After your friend has picked the time they want, you confirm it by clicking on 'Confirm time' and then confirm the deets!
Once you confirm it, the show will be in the 'Upcoming Shows' widget on your dashboard and profile page.
Then it's game on! Tell all your friends about it and get ready for the show!

- How do I cash in my Cool Points at the Cool Points Canteen?
From your My Fantasy Band® profile page, click on the 'Cool Points' button beneath your profile pic. When you find a coupon that you want to cash in your Cool Points for, click on the 'Cash In Cool Points For This!' button.
What happens when I cash in my Cool Points for a coupon?
The cost of the coupon in Cool Points will be deducted from your Cool Points total and you will be redirected to a secure page with the coupon code and the web link for the owner of the coupon. You can then use this coupon code in the online or physical store to receive your discount.
How do I post a coupon to the Cool Points Canteen?
From your My Fantasy Band® profile page, click on 'Cool Points' beneath your profile pic. Then click on the 'Post A Coupon to the Cool Points Canteen' button.
What information do I need to create a coupon in the Cool Points Canteen?
To post a coupon in the Cool Points Canteen, you will need: (1) a title for your coupon, (2) the coupon code that people will use to redeem your coupon, (3) the dates the coupon will be valid, and (4) a web address where people can find out more about you or where they will go to redeem the coupon online.

To add an 8tracks mix to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the WordPress shortcode for the mix.
To get the 8tracks WordPress shortcode for a mix:
- Go to the webpage on 8tracks.com for the mix you want to add and click on the 'Share' icon to the right of the mix.
- In the 'Share this playlist' popup window, click on the 'Embed player' icon at the far right.
- In the 'Embed playlist' popup window, click the radio button next to 'WordPress shortcode'.
In the 'Copy embed code' box at the bottom of the popup window, you will now see the WordPress shortcode, which will look similar to this:

- Click in the 'Copy embed code' text box to select all of the code and then use Ctrl-C to copy all of the code.

To add a Bandcamp album to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the WordPress embed code for the album.
To get the Bandcamp WordPress embed code for the album:
- Go to the webpage on bandcamp.com of the album that you want to add and click on the 'Share/Embed' text link beneath the album cover.
- In the window that expands, click on the 'Embed this album' text link.
- In the 'Select a style' popup window, select any of the embed styles.
- On the 'Customize' page, beneath the 'Embed' text box, select the 'wordpress.com' radio button. In the 'Embed' textbox, you will now see the WordPress.com shortcode, which will look similar to this:

- Click in the text box to select all of the code and then use Ctrl-C to copy all of the code.

To add last.fm recent tracks to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you just need your last.fm username. Your last.fm username is what you use to log in to last.fm. You can also find a last.fm username by visiting a last.fm profile page in your browser.
To get a last.fm username:
- Go to the profile page on last.fm for the profile of the Recent Tracks you want to add.
- The username is in the address bar of your browser. The address will look similar to this:
http://www.last.fm/user/myusername
The username is at the end of the address, after the 'user/'.
In the sample address above, the username is myusername
- Use Ctrl-C to copy just the username.
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® last.fm Recent Tracks Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste the username into the last.fm Username text box.

To add Pandora stations to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you just need your Pandora Username. You can find a Pandora Username by visiting a Pandora profile page in your browser.
To get a Pandora Username:
- Go to the profile page on Pandora.com for the profile of the Pandora Stations you want to add.
- The username is in the address bar of your browser. The address will look similar to this:
www.pandora.com/profile/myusername
The Username is directly after the 'profile/'.
In the sample web address above, the Username is myusername
- Use Ctrl-C to copy just the Username.
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® Pandora Stations Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste the Username into the Pandora Username text box.
- Click 'Save'.
- After you click 'Save', reload the page in your browser for the Pandora Stations to appear.

To add a Rdio playlist to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the playlist share code of the playlist you want to add.
To get the Rdio Playlist Share Code of a playlist:
- Go to the webpage on Rdio.com of the playlist that you want to add.
- On the playlist page, click on the share icon beneath the playlist.
In the 'Share' popup window, you will see a link box in the upper right hand corner with the playlist share code, which will look similar to this:

- Click in the link box to select all of the share code and then use Ctrl-C to copy all of the share code.
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® Rdio Playlist Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste all of the code into the Rdio Playlist Share Code text box.

To add a ReverbNation artist to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the player widget URL for the artist you want to add.
To get the ReverbNation Player Widget URL for an artist:
- Go to the webpage on ReverbNation.com of the artist that you want to add and click on the big blue 'Share' button in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- In the 'Share' popup window, click on the 'Embed Widget' text link at the bottom right of the window.
- In the 'HTML5 Player Widget Preview' popup window, the Player Widget URL is in the address bar of your browser. The Player Widget URL will look similar to this:

To add a SoundCloud song to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the Wordpress embed code of the song you want to add.
To get the SoundCloud Wordpress embed code:
- Go to the webpage on soundcloud.com with the song you want to add and click on the 'Share' button beneath the song.
- In the Share/Embed popup window, click on the 'Embed' tab at the top of the window.
- In the 'Code & preview' window, click the 'Wordpress code' checkbox to the right of the embed code.
In the embed code text box, you will now see the Wordpress embed code, which will look similar to this:

To add a Spotify playlist to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the HTTP Link of the playlist you want to add from your Spotify application.
To get the Spotify HTTP Link of a playlist in your Spotify application:
- Open your Spotify window and control or right click on the playlist you want to add.
- Select 'Copy HTTP Link'
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® Spotify Playlist Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste the HTTP Link into the Spotify HTTP Link text box.
The Spotify HTTP Link will look similar to this:

- Click 'Save'.
You can also get the HTTP Link for a playlist that is already embedded on a webpage:
- Go to the webpage with the Spotify playlist you want to add and hover over the upper right hand corner of the playlist so that the embed icon appears.
- Click on the embed icon.
- Two link boxes will appear. The 2nd one is labeled 'Get the link' and will have code which will look similar to this:

- Click in the 'Get the code' text box to select all of the code and then use Ctrl-C to copy all of the code.

To add a Vimeo video to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the video URL of the video you want to add.
To get the Vimeo Video URL of a video:
- Go to the webpage on Vimeo.com with the video you want to add.
- The Video URL is now in the address bar of your browser. It will look similar to this:

- Click in the address bar of your browser and use Ctrl-C to copy the Video URL.
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® Vimeo Video Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste the Video URL into the Vimeo Video URL text box.

To add a YouTube video to your My Fantasy Band® profile, you cut and paste the YouTube share code of the video you want to add.
To get the YouTube Share Code:
- Go to the webpage on YouTube.com with the video you want to add.
- Click on 'Share' below the video.
- The share box beneath the video will expand and in it you will now see the YouTube share code, which will look similar to this:

- Click in the share box to select all of the share code and then use Ctrl-C to copy all of the share code.
- Go back to the My Fantasy Band® YouTube Video Player, and use Ctrl-V to paste all of the share code into the YouTube Share Code text box.

- To change the title of a music or video widget:
- Click on the Settings icon (the gear in the upper right) of the widget.
- Click on 'Advanced'.
- Enter the new title under "Custom Title".
- Click 'Save'.
- Refresh the page in your browser, and the new title will appear.

Photo Album Help
Each of the options available to you when adding a Photo Album to your profile is described here.
- Photo web link
- The 'Photo web link' is where you provide the link to the photo you want to add to your photo album. Instructions on linking to a photo from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other website or blog are listed here.
To link to a photo on Facebook:
- Once you are logged in to your account, click on the Facebook album that the photo is in.
- Click on the photo so that it is the only photo displaying on the page.
- Control-click on the photo and select from the following options to copy the web address of the photo into your computer's clipboard:
- In Firefox, select 'Copy Image Location';
- In Chrome, select 'Copy Image URL';
- In Safari, select 'Copy Image Address';
- In Internet Explorer, select 'Properties', and then use Ctrl-C to copy the text labeled 'Address (URL)'
- Go back to the Photo Album on your My Fantasy Band® profile and click in the 'Photo web link' box.
- Use Ctrl-V to paste the web address of the photo into this box.
- The address will look similar to this:

- Go back to the Photo Album on your My Fantasy Band® profile and click in the 'Photo web link' box.

- The web address will now look similar to this:

To link to a photo on Twitter:
- Click on the 'View photo' text link beneath the tweet. The photo will expand.
- Control-click on the photo and select from the following options to copy the web address of the photo into your computer's clipboard:

- In Safari, select 'Copy Image Address';
- In Internet Explorer, select 'Properties', and then use Ctrl-C to copy the text labeled 'Address (URL)'

- You can pick which direction you want the caption to appear from here.
For example, if you choose 'Bottom', the caption will roll up from the bottom of the photo.

- Slider Type
- This option selects how the slides rotate.
'Auto-rotate' means the photos rotate automatically.
'Show rotate controls' means that people viewing the album can click through the photos individually.

- This option selects how many seconds each photo is displayed for before rotating on to the next photo.

- Height of photos
- This option selects the height of the photos.
The width is fixed at 300 pixels. The standard default option is to also have the height set at 300 pixels.

- This option selects the color of the box behind the captions.
The color is set using the numeric hexadecimal value.
